Hours can vary depending on client needs (we can stay late or come in early if need be) and the weather! We do have availability for bookings (with limited staff) on Sundays or after hours, by appointment only.

* In the event of a winter storm there is a chance SpaOn5 will be closed for the safety of clients and staff alike. Please check our Facebook and Instagram for further details on these days.
We have plenty of parking! We have our own private, client-only lot at the rear of the business, which you can access from Highway 5 / Dundas Street East. There are a few street parking spots at the front of the business, as well as across the street from the salon.
We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard; as well as our in-house gift cards and WaySpa gift cards. When possible, using cash or debit would be much appreciated as your checking out.
We do understand things happen and sometimes get in the way of appointments. However, due to a number of "no-shows" affecting our schedule over the last few months, we will be enforcing our no-show/ late policy. We like to give our clients the benefit of the doubt, but there's a chance you may have to reschedule and/or pay for your service providers' time if it becomes a constant issue.

* Please allow at least 24 hours' notice if you can't make an appointment or if you need to reschedule.

** Group bookings require at least 48 hours' notice before the appointment time.
Out of consideration for all our guests, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent (or vibrate) upon your arrival to our building. Please understand this is a relaxed environment. Please inform our staff should you need to make a phone call, and we will try our best to accommodate your request by escorting you to a private area to receive your call.

* Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
We love children, however, we do not provide child care services and we hope you understand but we cannot assure your child’s safety. We ask that if you are bringing your children to your appointment, that they are supervised at all times as this may compromise the experience of other clients. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, as this is also a liability.
